Molly Martin is a co-founder of Tradeswomen, Inc. and the quarterly magazine Tradeswomen, and the author of Hard-Hatted Women: Stories of Struggle and Success in the Trades (Seal Press, 1988) and Wonder Woman Electric to the Rescue (2021). Along with other tradeswomen activists around the country, she is currently writing a history of the tradeswomen movement. 

Molly is a retired electrician (IBEW Local 6) and San Francisco City electrical inspector. She now lives in Santa Rosa with her wife Holly.
